While the temperature is going up, one important task for us ladies is on our agenda – lose weight. Belly fat or stomach fat is a stubborn part to conquer. The main reason for that excess fat tissue around our abdominal area is the so called Lazy Bowel Syndrome. It slows down the fat burning process and it also slows down the cleansing process, for removing harmful toxins out of our body. While we need a way to lost weight quickly, and we don’t want to buy those weight loss pills which has side effects and no weight down guarantee, we have to try some natural home remedy to get rid of our fat. This drink recipe can burn out fat in 3 weeks.
Weight LOSS Drink Recipe Ingredients:
- 125 grams of horseradish
- 3 lemons (before you use them, you need to place them in a container filled with water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar for 10 minutes – to wash away the pesticides)
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions:
Put the horseradish and ginger into a blender and blend well. Then, cut the lemons in slices (unpeeled), remove the lemon seeds and add them into the blender. Mix again until you get nice and homogenous mixture. Then, add the 3 tablespoons of honey and 2 tsp Cinnamon, mix everything again. Keep this mixture in a glass jar and store it in the fridge.
How to Use:
Drink 1 tsp. of this homemade mixture, 2 times every day with meals for 3 weeks.
Note: some of us may not get used to the spice flavor of raw ginger and cinnamon, add or not add them by your choice, but for better result, put all ingredients in to quick result. Remember eat your meals normally and do exercises to keep you fab. 🙂
