I’ve read reports that say cooking with some nonstick cookware can make you sick. What happened was that the chemicals to make the pans non-sticky would peel off in high temperature. Cast iron pans is one of the best alternative for non-sticky pan, it lasts forever. Even if you forgot them in the corner with rust, you can recondition it back to normal with this little trick.
Supplies you need:
- Easy-off Heavy-duty Oven Cleaner
- Gloves
- Garbage Bags
- White Distilled Vinegar
- Steel Wool (#0000)
