How flippin talented is Jody Bishel! This is not a tutorial but it seems to be simple enough to replicate (Fold a piece of felt into 6 parts and cut the wanted leaf shapes, glue the ends and attaching a button). Absolutely beautiful by stitching the snowflakes on each leaf or add beads for a personal touch.
