I never know that I am making hard-boiled eggs in wrong way before reading this article. I thought it is the simplest thing to make boiled egg by putting them in cold water and wait after boiling for several minutes, and never realized that there are so many sciences behind it. Great learning if you want to boil perfect eggs and you will have no more overcooked eggs or ugly peelings. Interesting. Did you put the egg into boiling water? what else are you doing correctly?
